It has everything a person could ever need - great people, great places, great open spaces, easy to get round most of it, great restaurants - the lot. And it's hardly "too far from the rest of the country" - it took me only two hours to get from London to Belfast yesterday. What part of the UK can boast shorter travel times to everywhere? Tim - proud to be London born, taught and resident. London has great quality of life. It has everything a person could ever need - great people, great places, great open spaces, easy to get round most of it, great restaurants - the lot.
