AKA Leo McGarry, White House Chief of Staff to President Jed Bartlet, the man with the most expressive face I have ever seen.
Last night, we watched one of the episodes of The West Wing that’s most focussed on Leo: Bartlet For America, in which Martin Sheen as Jed Bartlet says:
“Leo is made of leather. His face has a map of the world on it, Leo comes back.“
