re your original post, where you said (in the comments) Galloway/Respect weren’t fascist ? I must confess this sounds like it to me :

“Two of your beautiful daughters are in the hands of foreigners - Jerusalem and Baghdad.

“The foreigners are doing to your daughters as they will.

“The daughters are crying for help and the Arab world is silent. And some of them are collaborating with the rape of these two beautiful Arab daughters.”

What would you say if Nick Griffin started talking about Bradford and Leicester as ‘these two beautiful white daughters’ ? (and no cracks about Bradford - it IS beautiful).

Or how about “These poor Iraqis - ragged people, with their sandals, with their Kalashnikovs, with the lightest and most basic of weapons - are writing the names of their cities and towns in the stars, with 145 military operations every day, which has made the country ungovernable”.

He’s talking about the people who blow up children and marketplaces. How come that’s more acceptable than Griffin ?

I think the first comment I ever read of yours was about Labour/Blair being fascist, so clearly we haven’t advanced very far. If you’re prepared to be sensible we might just be able to. Simple choice, really.

I don’t think anyone needs lessons in dealing with fascists from a tedious pedant like you, C4. As anyone who’s read your post will attest (noticing the error in the title for starters) you discredit the causes you attach yourself to. If these issues concern you, I suggest you return with a new moniker and a more grown-up attitude. FWIW, B4L’s thoughts on Cllr Kelly’s attitudes to Israel can be read (by reasonable people) on the B4L forum.
