		<description>Incidentally, could someone let us know about funeral arrangements when they are known.  I've had a few people asking and haven't been in contact with people like Bob and Sarah, who would probably know, for a long time!</description>

		<description>A loss to your party but all the more a real loss to Oxford. He loved this city, could act as unofficial tour guide round the Town Hall, making even that unlovely building come alive -- and he was a good drinker, too. I speak for others in the LibDems when I say we'll miss him.</description>
